ANZAC Poppy Technology Challenge

Relating to Others (our Term 2 Key Competency) was put to the test today, when we participated in the ANZAC Poppy BP Technology Challenge.

In small groups of five, we had just 25 minutes to construct a free-standing ANZAC Poppy made out of newspaper, coloured (red and black) paper, cellotape and string.  The results were positive with the winning structure reaching 1.75 metres.  Their secret . . . planning, and a triangular base to support the stem of the Poppy - well done Theo, Jack, Daniel and Jacob.
